Shipping
What is the shipping cost?
In Spain, standard shipping is €3.95 and free for orders over €50. In the Canary Islands, standard shipping is €8.95 and free for orders over €50. Within the European Union, standard shipping is €5.95 and free for orders over €100 (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Austria: €7.95). For countries outside the European Union, standard shipping starts at €15, depending on the destination country (occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer). When will I receive my order?
Once you make the purchase, the delivery time is 1-2 business days in Spain, 4-5 business days in the Canary Islands, 3-4 business days in the European Union and 7-15 days outside the European Union.
When might my order be delayed?
This delivery time may be delayed up to 45 days for one of the following reasons: product customization, special items, unforeseen circumstances, or delivery area. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order for a full refund. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
How will I receive my order?
We deliver all our jewelry in high-quality cases, designed to perfectly maintain and preserve the jewelry.
Can I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package live. You can also check the status of your orders in your account.
What to do if you are absent at the time of delivery of your order?
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you. If we cannot reach you or do not receive a response, your product(s) will be returned to our warehouse. We will send you clear information on the location of your package and how to arrange for redelivery. If you will not be at the delivery address at the agreed time, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange delivery for another day.
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
Please note that once you make a purchase, delivery times are: 1-2 business days in Spain, 4-5 business days in the Canary Islands, 3-4 business days in the European Union, and 7-15 days outside the European Union. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.

Exchanges and returns
Can I modify my order once I've paid for it?
We process your orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, so by the time you want to make changes, we may have already prepared your order. However, you can contact our Customer Service team for more information.
Can I cancel it?
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. However, please contact our Customer Service team explaining the reason for the cancellation and we will try to help you.
Can I make an exchange or return?
For returns, please note that you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange an item. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Products can be returned with any shipping company, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Where can I find your jewelry?
You can purchase our jewelry through our website and at over 1,500 authorized retailers in Spain (and also in Portugal, France, England, Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Malta, the United States, and other countries). If you'd like to find your nearest retailer, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I return online orders to a store, or vice versa?
The same channel used for the original purchase must be used for returns: online orders can only be returned through the same website, and orders placed at authorized retailers can only be returned there. Online orders cannot be exchanged at authorized retailers, nor vice versa.
Are all the jewelry items on the website in stock?
The jewelry displayed on the website represents the pieces we currently have in stock. Occasionally, a particular piece may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, we will offer you the option to receive it when it becomes available again, or we will suggest similar pieces. Please contact our Customer Service team for information about a specific piece.
Will you have the sold-out items again?
Out-of-stock items are indicated on the website with a "sold out" button. You can leave your email address on the product page and receive a notification when it becomes available again. All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver with our manufacturer's seal guaranteeing the purity and quality of the precious metal content of the jewelry, as stipulated by law, and with gold and rose gold plating.

Warranty
How long is my warranty?
All products come with a two-year warranty (from the date of purchase) covering manufacturing defects. Defective items can be returned free of charge, and Lineargent will decide whether they should be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Repaired items come with a 90-day warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Returned items must not show any alteration from their original condition. Do not expose any jewelry to chemicals (soaps, acetone, perfumes, bleach, iodine, chlorine, etc.). Exposing jewelry to water, swimming pools, or jacuzzis can also damage it, as can overexposure to heat. The warranty does not cover items deteriorated or damaged by use or misuse.
If I bought it in a store, do I have a warranty?
If you purchased one of our brand items through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer where you originally bought the item first. If the retailer is unable to resolve your issue, please contact us through our customer service channels, available via: WhatsApp at +34 639 15 81 39, email at servicio@lineargent.com, or by phone at +34 93 889 50 74. We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether or not a refund or replacement will be issued. The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 60 days of the date we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is approved. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to replace the item with an identical one in perfect condition.

How should I store my jewelry?
After wearing your jewelry, store each piece individually in a dry, safe place, preferably on a cushioned surface. Never leave them in humid areas, and do not expose them to sunlight or sudden temperature changes, as this can compromise their integrity. Less friction means greater durability, so avoid impacting your jewelry against hard surfaces.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Clean your jewelry frequently with warm water and soap (pH neutral) and then dry it with a soft cloth. Remember that plated jewelry is always more delicate and should be cleaned more carefully to avoid damaging the plating, so avoid using any liquids or polishes not specifically designed for silver jewelry. Avoid direct contact between your jewelry and harsh chemicals. Keep in mind that perfumes and cosmetics contain chemicals that can affect the durability of your pieces.
¿Las joyas de plata se ponen negras?
Las joyas de plata de Ley 925 no se ponen negras si se cuidan correctamente. Con el uso normal pueden perder algo de brillo con el tiempo, algo habitual en la plata auténtica, pero se limpian fácilmente y recuperan su aspecto original. ¿Puedo ducharme o bañarme con mis joyas puestas?
No te lo recomendamos. El agua, el cloro y la sal pueden afectar al acabado de las joyas, especialmente en piezas chapadas. Para alargar su durabilidad, es mejor quitarlas antes de ducharte, ir a la piscina o al mar.

¿Cómo saber mi talla de anillo en casa?

¿Qué joyas me recomendáis regalar en aniversarios?

¿Puedo enviar un pedido directamente como regalo?
Sí. Puedes indicar una dirección de entrega distinta para que el pedido llegue directamente a la persona destinataria.
¿Puedo cambiar una joya si es para regalo y no acierto con la talla o el modelo?
Sí, siempre que la joya no haya sido usada y se devuelva en su embalaje original, podrás realizar un cambio o devolución dentro del plazo establecido.
