Returns and Exchanges

To make your holiday shopping easier, we've extended our return and exchange policy. All orders placed from November 20th onwards can be returned until January 15th, 2025.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging, and you must provide your order number. For exchanges or returns, please send the product to the LINEARGENT office via any shipping company. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Products can be returned to the following address:
